Premium stays (September)
Premium stays offer you the chance to experience Dionysos in its full glory as an operating hotel. Start your day with an open buffet breakfast, with a wide variety of choices. Explore the different tastes created by our chefs in our À La Carte restaurant with an astonishing view of the bay and join us at the bar for different events throughout your stay.
Self service stays (May - August)
Self-service stays offer you the chance the experience Dionysos as your own summer house. Explore the Bozburun Peninsula and the local areas and the cuisine, enjoy the infinity pool overlooking the beautiful bay of Kumlubük and other on-site facilities all the while enjoying the Dionysos comfort and tranquillity.
The major difference between self-service and premium stays is the restaurant. During Premium stays it is an À La Carte Restaurant and our guests order through the menu during service hours. However, during self-service stays you can only pre-order a fixed menu for certain evenings. For other evenings, there are a good deal of different restaurants available in Turunç, which is 6 km away or you may use the facilities in your rentals.

What is your starting price for weddings?The Dionysos Village Hotel delivers customisable weddings, enabling a personal yet unique getaway. As a general guide, our weddings start at €19,995 and can be customised to your requirements.

Do you offer transfers to the resort?Let us ease the strain of arranging how your guests travel to and from the hotel. We have worked with our trusted transfer company for over 15 years. All our drivers are safe and professional with all vehicles air-conditioned. Dalaman is the closest airport. We can arrange transfers for guests flying in groups or separately, it is of no issue. Car seats are available upon request. Inform your guests to notify us of travel information once booked. We can also support you with travel to and from surrounding airports; Bodrum and Rhodes. Why not travel in style by air or sea? We offer helicopter and speed boat transfers as a luxurious alternative. Speak with us to find out more. The nearest airport is Dalaman, approximately 1.5 hours’ drive away from the hotel. It is the most popular airport for tourists and has many direct flights to and from the UK. London to Dalaman is approximately 3.5 hours by plane. Bodrum airport is approximately 2.5 hours from the airport. For the adventurer, the Greek island of Rhodes is also an option. From Rhodes, take the high-speed catamaran to Marmaris.

What are your terms and conditions?To book accommodation, the hotel requires a deposit of one night’s stay for each suite required. A date is placed within your contract to inform all your guests to book by. The remaining balance can be paid within 60 days of your event. Super easy and hassle-free. Once 30 suites are reached, exclusivity will be confirmed. Please refer to our terms of use for full details.

How much communication will I get with my coordinator?Anyone who has planned a traditional wedding knows that it can be a stressful task to create. The Dionysos Village Hotel offers 2 wedding coordinators with impeccable service. One coordinator based here in Turkey and one in the UK. We want to offer every couple constant communication so that you feel in control. We enjoy delivering inspiration, creativity and assurance. We want you to know that even the smallest of details are listened to and are recognised. WhatsApp, email and video calls will always be accessible. We begin by getting to know you and vice versa. We will build and establish your wedding contract, answering all queries and questions. We will learn your ideas, wishes and go through styling boards to ensure you have everything you wish for.

Do you offer exclusive use of the venue?At the Dionysos Village Hotel, there is also the opportunity for exclusive use. 30 suites booked for 3 nights allows you hotel exclusivity. Your wedding can host up to 100 guests, and offer a sleeping capacity of 90. The hotel offers; 4 private pool villas, 16 Deluxe Suites and 22 Junior suites. They are all set across the mountainside, all with world-class panoramic views. See the ‘rooms page’ to view what each suite has to offer. Do I need a visa to enter Turkey and insurance?From March 2nd 2020, visas are now not required on entry for UK citizens to Turkey. Please note, you should have at least 6 months validity on your passport on the day of arrival in Turkey. You also need valid travel insurance, as your EHIC card is not valid in Turkey. Please check with your local government website to see what requirements are needed for Turkey. The hotel is not responsible for your visas or travel insurance.

What is your cancellation policy?For each of our events, we provide a cancellation policy, this will be discussed with you and stated in your contract to be agreed on signing.
