Communication is key
Anyone who has planned a wedding knows that it can be a stressful task to create. The Dionysos Village Hotel offers friendly English speaking wedding coordinators. Gabrielle and Dominique are twin sisters who are here in Turkey and in the UK. They have created many unforgettable weddings here, and work with you every step of the way. Allowing you to enjoy the magic of your engagement.
WhatsApp, email and video calls will always be accessible. We begin by getting to know you and vice versa. We will build and establish your wedding contract, answering all queries and questions. We will learn your ideas, wishes and go through styling boards to ensure you have everything you wish for.

We imagine each of our guest’s weddings, that it is our own. Meticulous planning and constant communication are key for you feeling completely in control. We enjoy delivering inspiration, creativity, and assurance. We listen to and recognise even the smallest of details.
Gabrielle
In May 2018, I was a bride who got married at this stunning venue. I cherish the memories of my incredible wedding experience. My dream was to have a wedding unique to any other. I wanted my guests to enjoy every moment so I created a holiday experience around our wedding.
Dominique
I am the UK based coordinator. Along with Gabrielle, I will help guide you through your wedding journey. I am so proud of my association with the hotel and always excited to share this piece of paradise with someone new. To create such a special event is exciting and an honour to be part of.

At the Dionysos Village Hotel, there is also the opportunity for exclusive use. Create unforgettable memories by having the hotel to yourselves and your wedding party. Use the grounds to relax, have fun and create enjoyable moments during your wedding events.
Your wedding can offer a sleeping capacity of 90. The hotel offers; 4 private pool villas, 16 Deluxe Suites and 22 Junior suites. They are all set across the mountainside, all with world-class panoramic views. See the ‘Rooms page’ to view what each suite has to offer.
Speak to our coordinators to learn our special rates for wedding guests. The hotel can provide; travel cots and high chairs (free of charge) upon request. We also offer a safe and friendly babysitting service.
Bundles to suit your needs
We offer a wedding bundle and two drinks bundles. Our drinks bundles create the perfect ambience for your event. A variety of imported and local labels are on offer, served to you and your guests at each or all your wedding events.
Non-alcoholic drinks bundles are on offer also. Design mocktails and fresh juices to suit your wedding party.

We will support you in all the finer details for the morning of your wedding. From offering a team of hairstylists and makeup artists to breakfast and fizz. Why not calm your nerves early in the morning with mindfulness yoga. Surround yourselves with family, friends tranquillity and serenity. Your photographers will capture every moment on the morning of your wedding.
